You must draw on the arm or leg before scanning with a washable marker. Take the measurements, in millimeters, as described in the image.
Using a flexible tape measure with millimeter markings is ideal. If you don’t have one please print the ruler making sure you print the page to scale. Make sure you choose “Actual Size” in landscape orientation, and confirm its accuracy with a ruler before use. Cut the tape measure out and tape together, matching numbers.
