Why Doctors Love ActivArmor™
-
Tested & Certified
ActivArmor has been biocompatibility tested (ISO 10993-5 certified) and is listed with the FDA as a Class 1 splint. Hundreds of patients have been successfully treated with ActivArmor devices since 2018.
-
Easy to Print
No expertise needed. Just scan your patient’s limb with your iPhone and our easy-to-use cloud-based software will design the cast for quick point-of-care fabrication.
-
Marketable
Increase traffic to your clinics by customizing your ActivArmor devices with your logo and branding so your patients and their casts become tangible testimonials for your clinic.
-
Custom Fabricated
The ActivArmor process starts with a scan to create a 3D model of your patient’s limb. Then, with 3D printing technology, a cast is custom-fabricated to the physician’s specific positioning and instructions for the patient’s unique needs.
-
Outcomes-Focused
Provide your patients with the latest in high-tech immobilization, custom-adapted for advanced healing technologies like ultrasound, bone and muscle stimulators and TENS units.
-
Adaptable for Treatment
Our open design keeps patient skin healthy by allowing doctors to easily observe skin conditions. ActivArmor casts are designed to be either easily removable for check-ups or locked-on for patient compliance. Our casts also easily adjust to swelling or atrophy.
-
Covered by Insurance
ActivArmor is covered by most insurance plans, including Medicare and Medicaid, generating great profit margins for clinics.
-
Hygenic & Sanitizable
Improve your patients’ quality of life by providing them with a cast alternative that allows them to wash, sanitize and reduce viral transmissions.
-
Biocompatible
Unlike traditional cast and immobilization methods, ActivArmor’s turnkey fabrication system uses a high-temperature thermosetting and recyclable plastic.
