    ActivArmor has been biocompatibility tested (ISO 10993-5 certified) and is listed with the FDA as a Class 1 splint. Hundreds of patients have been successfully treated with ActivArmor™ devices for healing since 2018.

    The ActivArmor process includes a scan (precise to 0.5 mm), creating a 3D model of your limb, and designs a completely individualized and fitted splint based on your physician’s specific positioning and instructions for your unique needs. The ActivArmor™ device is then custom fabricated for you.

    Unlike traditional cast and immobilization methods, ActivArmor uses a high temperature thermosetting and recyclable ABS plastic.

  • Maximum Comfort

    The open design and waterproof material keeps skin healthy by allowing observation of your skin condition and regular bathing practices. ActivArmor can be made to be either easily removable or be semi-permanent as prescribed and adjusts to swelling or atrophy easily.

ActivArmor has changed my life! When I was diagnosed with severe never damage by my doctor and needed to be put into a cast, it really hurt me because I knew what they meant.
